Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All Megshi orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.
We offer free standard shipping on retail orders over $30.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day conditional return or exchange policy for eligible retail orders, starting from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required


Which items are not eligible for returns?

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Wholesale or bulk orders


How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact our support team at support@megshi.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Wholesale & Custom Orders

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. We welcome wholesale and bulk inquiries.

Please contact us at support@megshi.com and include “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line.


Are wholesale or custom orders refundable?

No.
Wholesale and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I know if a case fits my phone?

Each product page clearly lists compatible phone models.
Please double-check your phone model before placing an order.
